UAVIA solutions will be deployed across various TotalEnergies refineries, chemical and production sites around the world

Paris, France, June 3rd 2021

UAVIA announced today the signature of a 5 year contract, allowing any TotalEnergies Group and subsidiaries sites to benefit from UAVIA Robotics Platform, the unified multi- function drone management solution deployed within TotalEnergies Private Cloud Infrastructure.

Under the terms of the contract, TotalEnergies has acquired a license to operate for 5 years. It enables the connection of UAVIA solutions with any third parties software platforms – e.i. VMS, Alarm Systems, Digital Twins solutions, Data-Science Platforms, … – used on various TotalEnergies premises, to implement drone scenarios to answer stakeholders’ needs, from Safety, Security, Maintenance, Logistics or HSE.

UAVIA solutions unlock a wide use of advanced drone-based technologies, contributing to TotalEnergies commitment to safely and cleanly provide more energy with less emissions. The contract includes the deployment on Exploration & Production sites (on- and off- shore) to monitor the progress done by emissions reductions programs engaged by TotalEnergies. UAVIA Edge Computing capabilities allow the interpretation and visualization of key pollutants from 3D-captures performed by UAVIA Inside drones sensors.

Pierre VILPOUX, CEO of UAVIA, highlights that the TotalEnergies decision is a confirmation of UAVIA‘s positioning as the key Enterprise Grade Software Platform provider. The adoption of Autonomous Drones solutions at large industrial scale has entered into a new dimension.
